1. What CELLCTRL provides
CELLCTRL provides time-limited software access for compatible Sigmally multibox workflows. Current controls may include ALT Respawn, Auto Respawn, ALT Location, Cell Spawn, Last Death / Return and Buddy controls. Access is delivered through a CELLCTRL account, master license and one CELLCTRL Loader.
2. Independent software
CELLCTRL is independent software and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by Sigmally. Sigmally, browser extensions and third-party scripts can change without notice, which can affect compatibility.
3. Requirements and compatibility
CELLCTRL currently depends on a compatible desktop browser, Tampermonkey and a compatible Sigmally Fixes / multibox setup. You are responsible for installing and maintaining required third-party software. CELLCTRL does not guarantee that third-party changes will never interrupt functionality.
4. Accounts and licenses
Your account is personal. Do not share, resell or publicly distribute your CELLCTRL license key or loader access. A paid license may bind to the first runtime device/browser that successfully activates it. Device resets may be provided when a legitimate device change is needed.
5. Package access
CELLCTRL currently sells Core and Pro access. Both use the same CELLCTRL Loader. Package differences are enforced server-side through access entitlements and expiry dates. Core unlocks the recovery-focused controls; Pro unlocks the complete current control set. Locked or expired controls cannot be activated.
6. Access periods
Paid access is sold for the period shown at checkout, currently including 7, 14 or 30 day options for supported packages. When more time is added to already-active access, the new duration may be added from the later of the current expiry or activation time.
7. One-time free trial
Eligible verified accounts can start one 20-minute full-access trial. The timer begins only when the user actively starts it in Dashboard. Trial availability is limited per account and device/browser and may also be restricted when repeated trial creation is detected from the same network. CELLCTRL may refuse or revoke trial access where abuse is detected.
8. Lemon Squeezy checkout, refunds and disputes
Paid CELLCTRL orders are processed through Lemon Squeezy as the hosted checkout and Merchant of Record. Prices, payment methods, applicable taxes and transaction documentation shown at checkout are handled through that purchase flow. A successful signed order event activates the corresponding CELLCTRL package for the purchased duration. A fully refunded order, chargeback or other reversed transaction may cause the related paid CELLCTRL access to be revoked.
9. Purchase/account matching
You should complete checkout while signed into the CELLCTRL account that should receive access and use the same email address at checkout. CELLCTRL validates the Lemon Squeezy order against the configured product variant and account information before granting paid access.
10. Acceptable use
You may use CELLCTRL for your own gameplay. You may not attempt to bypass license checks, defeat device/trial restrictions, redistribute protected runtime code, sell shared licenses, interfere with CELLCTRL infrastructure or use the service unlawfully.
11. Authentication and captcha
CELLCTRL does not solve, bypass or defeat captcha/authentication systems. Where a compatible SigFix setup requires its normal authentication flow, complete that flow normally.
12. Updates and control changes
The CELLCTRL Loader can receive updated runtime code after license validation. Controls may be improved, renamed, adjusted or removed when necessary for reliability, compatibility, security or platform changes. Roadmap ideas are not guaranteed paid deliverables until explicitly released.
13. Availability and liability
CELLCTRL is provided on an as-available basis. Game updates, browser changes, network problems, third-party script changes and outages can affect operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CELLCTRL is not liable for indirect losses, lost gameplay progress or consequences caused by third-party platform changes.
14. Suspension
Access may be blocked or revoked for fraud, chargebacks, license sharing, repeated trial abuse, attempts to bypass access controls or other serious misuse.
